Minimum 1–3 years of work experience
Japanese proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher (JLPT N2/N1 preferred)
Able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
Candidates with JLPT N4 are welcome and must be willing to participate in a 6-month Japanese language training program
Willing to work in Japan for a long period (with Engineer Visa)
