1. Having vision/goals in life (such as becoming advanced engineer or leader of innovative team). 
2. Willing to improve through doing work (not planning getting master or advanced degree in future). 
3. Able to work more than 3 years. 
4. Major in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or other related major. 
5. Experience and use of C, C++, and Python (Java, JavaScript, and C# are also preferred)  
6. Experience in Control system or embedded system.  
7. Basic understanding on hardware design, testing, and prototyping. 
8. Have good/strong communication skills and be a team player. 
9. Willing to learn Japanese and its culture. 
10. Willing to learn new engineering skills from your major field and other fields. 
11. Language: Fluent in English/Indonesian
