❑ Proficient in English – speaking and writing
❑ Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture or related discipline
❑ Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
❑ Overseen minimum 2 building projects to completion
❑ Computer literate project related software, other design software, and Microsoft Office
❑ Ability to work in a multinational project team
❑ Has initiative, positive working attitude, and willing to learn
❑ Work place in Bali, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week
❑ Defining project scope, timelines, and budgets
❑ Coordinating with stakeholders, teams, and vendors
❑ Managing resources, risks, and quality control
❑ Monitoring progress and reporting to stakeholders
❑ Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
