Support the team in understanding client business requirements and translating them into structured conversation flows on the WIZ AI Talkbot Platform.
Assist in designing, testing, and validating AI conversation scripts, including corpus validation and exploratory testing.
Help monitor AI conversation performance and analyze user feedback to identify improvement areas.
Support the development and maintenance of industry-specific conversation script databases.
Fresh graduates or university students (Semester 6–8) from Computer Science, Information Systems, Linguistics, Engineering, or related fields that want to learn more about AI
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability.
Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
Interest in AI, conversational design, NLP, or chatbot development.
Able to commit to a full-time internship (minimum 3–6 months)
Willing to work onsite at 88 Kasablanka, South Jakarta.
