AI Support Intern

  • Support the team in understanding client business requirements and translating them into structured conversation flows on the WIZ AI Talkbot Platform.
  • Assist in designing, testing, and validating AI conversation scripts, including corpus validation and exploratory testing.
  • Help monitor AI conversation performance and analyze user feedback to identify improvement areas.
  • Support the development and maintenance of industry-specific conversation script databases.

  •  Fresh graduates or university students (Semester 6–8) from Computer Science, Information Systems, Linguistics, Engineering, or related fields that want to learn more about AI
  •  Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  •  Detail-oriented with strong analytical ability.
  •  Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
  •  Interest in AI, conversational design, NLP, or chatbot development.
  •  Able to commit to a full-time internship (minimum 3–6 months)

 Willing to work onsite at 88 Kasablanka, South Jakarta.
