Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from Mining Engineering or related major, with up to 2 years of working experience.
Certified in Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) or higher (POM) is preferred.
Familiar with mine planning software such as Minescape, Surpac, Vulcan, or Datamine.
Strong understanding of mining methods, design principles, and operational logistics.
Proficient in using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and mine planning software.
Knowledge of relevant mining laws and environmental regulations.
Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies related to mining operations.
Analyze geological data and provide input for resource modeling and mine design.
Monitor and evaluate actual production against plans and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with geologists, surveyors, and operations teams to ensure plan execution.
Optimize equipment usage, haul roads, and pit layouts to enhance productivity and safety.
Ensure mine planning adheres to government regulations and company standards.
Prepare technical reports, maps, and production forecasts.
Participate in safety, environmental, and sustainability initiatives.
Support cost estimation and budgeting for mining projects.
