Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from Mining Engineering, Geology, or related major, with minimum 3–5 years of working experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong proficiency in industry-standard mining and geological software, including ArcGIS, Surpac, Datamine, Vulcan, Leapfrog, and Minex.
Possession of a recognized POP (Operational Supervisor) certification or an equivalent internationally accepted qualification.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Solid understanding of geotechnical engineering, hydrogeology, and environmental considerations relevant to sustainable mining operations.
Identify and optimize reserve calculations and prepare reserve quantity reports.
Develop and analyze the Life of Mine (LOM) plan.
Prepare alternative scenarios for changes in the mine plan in line with mining progress.
Conduct evaluations and operational coordination related to the implementation of long-term mine plans.
Assess mine sustainability based on geological data and reserve quality.
Prepare and implement Occupational Health, Safety (HSE), and environmental programs in the mining area in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct regular P5M (Five-Minute Meeting) and Safety Talk sessions.
