Available for : S1 (Bachelor degree) Mechanical, Engineering Physics or Production Engineering

1. Having vision/goals in life (such as becoming advanced engineer or leader of innovative team.)
2. Willing to improve through doing work. (not planning getting master or advanced degree in future)
3. Able to work more than 5 years in Japan
4. Major in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics and Production Engineering
5. Bachelor degree graduated preferred.
6. Experience working in plants or factories for production design, factory management, quality control or equipment installation preferred
7. Preferably have one year or more work experience in plant or factory
8. Have good/strong communication skills and be a team player.
9. Willing to learn Japanese and its culture
10. Language: Fluent in English/Indonesian
