• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food & beverage manufacturing; experience in machine operation is a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000 and Halal Assurance System is an advantage.
• Willing to work in shifts and be placed in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.
• Ensure production targets are achieved with consistent quality and quantity.
• Plan and manage manpower to keep operations running smoothly.
• Lead daily briefings, monitor performance, and foster team collaboration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production area.
• Optimize material usage and drive process efficiency.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and safety.
