• Knowledge of raw material testing methods and QC releasing procedures.
• Skilled in organoleptic testing, acid-base titration, argentometric titration, and proximate analysis.
• Familiar with pH meters, refractometers, and moisture analyzers.
• Good understanding of GMP, GLP, 5R, HACCP and ISO standards in food manufacturing.
