Develop short-, medium-, and long-term reclamation plans in alignment with mine development phases and the Mine Closure Plan.
Design post-mining landform arrangements, including grading, backfilling, recontouring, and topsoil management.
Formulate revegetation plans based on soil characteristics, local climate, and suitable plant species for quarry-type mining areas.
Ensure all reclamation activities comply with RKL/RPL, RKAB, and internal company SOPs.
Conduct regular monitoring to assess vegetation success rates, landform stability, and the effectiveness of erosion and sedimentation control measures.
Manage licensing and regulatory submissions related to reclamation, including reporting to SIMBARA, ESDM, and other applicable regulatory systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Soil Science, Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mine reclamation, preferably in quarry operations involving andesite, basalt, limestone, granite, or similar rock types.
Strong understanding of reclamation and mine closure regulations (ESDM and KLHK requirements).
Proficient in revegetation techniques, landform reconditioning, topsoil handling, and rehabilitation methods for rocky post-mining areas.
Ability to read and develop maps using GIS, AutoCAD, or other relevant mapping software.
Skilled in preparing technical reports supported by structured and accurate analysis.
Possession of POP/PKP certification or environmental-related competency certificates is an advantage.
