Develop and implement Human Capital strategies and policies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and business goals.
Lead and oversee all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement, and Industrial Relations.
Develop and manage HR systems (including HRIS, SOPs, and process structures) to ensure efficiency, data accuracy, and effective people management.
Optimize the use of HR systems and data to support analytical and insight-based decision-making.
Supervise HR administration such as employment contracts, attendance, payroll, and employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
Implement objective and measurable performance appraisal systems that support employee growth and career development.
Design and monitor training and development programs that align with organizational needs.
Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, fairness, and alignment with company policies.
Foster positive employee relations and handle internal issues with a communicative and solution-oriented approach.
Serve as a strategic partner to management in workforce planning, organizational development, and HR-related decision-making.
Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions, including office management, facility maintenance, and employee support services, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Ensure GA activities align with company standards, policies, and operational needs while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance.
Promote a collaborative, transparent, and performance-driven work culture across the organization.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Law or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital/HR, with comprehensive exposure to all HR functions.
Strong managerial and task management skills, including prioritization, team leadership, and effective execution.
Proven experience in developing and managing HR systems (HRIS, databases, and internal process flows) and handling internal relations within the organization.
Experience overseeing General Affairs (GA) operations is preferred.
Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to bridge management and employees effectively.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and modern HR practices.
Professional HR certifications (CHRP, CHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
