  • Fresh graduate or bachelor’s degree in Technology Education, or related field.
  • Experienced in curriculum or training design, especially for digital learning or vocational programs.
  • Familiar with teaching methods, training evaluation, and e-learning tools.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and project management skills.

This role focuses on developing online training materials, gamified learning content, and effective evaluation tools for AHASS Leaders, while supporting the improvement of vocational school management.
