Join us as a RND Frame & Fork. Your role is to design and develop efficient manufacturing processes to improve product quality and minimize production costs. You will collaborate with the production team and engineering departemen to design, test, and implement new solutions that can enchace production efficiency. · Min. D3 or D4 or Bachelor Degree (S1) of Mechanical Engineering (Priver) or Engineering shipping or Engineering/ Material and Metallurgi Engineering/ Mechatronica Engineer
· Has >2 years experience in product engineering or product development in manufacturing company
· Advanced in 3D Cad (Solidwork, MasterCAM, etc) Have good engineering mindset
· Independent, proactive, likes challenges in a dynamic work environment
· Attentive to detail
· Energetic, creative, and innovative
· Passionate in sports, especially cycling is a plus point
RESPONSIBILITY
· Designing bicycle (frame, fork, and part) and formulating product specifications
· Analyze the Bill of Materials needs and calculating product costing
· Analyze and check the compatibility of the product designed to ensure it follows product safety standards and the Project Brief
· Work together with cross sections related to the design implementation process and product design
· Analyze and review the results of the Bike
· Prototype in order to ensure the compability of the product sample has been follow the project brief and safety standards.
