• Act as the primary technical liaison with telecommunication carriers and Internet Service Providers. Manage circuit provisioning, turn-up, and testing.  

• Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex connectivity issues related to the transport layer, including last-mile problems, peering issues, and core network outages.  

• Continuously monitor the quality of all network links, tracking key metrics like latency, jitter, and packet loss. Ensure carrier performance adheres to SLAs and drive resolution for any deviations.  

• Collaborate with pre-sales and the Device Service Engineer to evaluate and recommend the optimal connectivity solutions (e.g., dedicated fiber, broadband, 4G/5G) for new customer deployments.  

• Maintain a detailed inventory of all network circuits, including carrier information, contract details, and technical specifications.  

• Manage technical escalations with carriers during service disruptions and coordinate incident response efforts to ensure rapid service restoration.
