• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of network devices, including provisioning, configuration, deployment, and decommissioning of routers (CPE) and SD-WAN appliances.  

• Administer and maintain the SD-WAN fabric, including edge and hub devices. Monitor overlay tunnel health, configure application-aware routing policies, and ensure optimal service performance.  

• Act as a primary escalation point (L2)) for all device-related service incidents. Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis for connectivity, hardware, and performance issues.  

• Implement configuration changes, firmware upgrades, and security patches across a multi-vendor device fleet, following strict change management protocols.  

• Proactively monitor the health and performance of all managed devices (CPU, memory, latency, traffic utilization). Identify trends and potential issues before they impact service.  

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including device configuration standards, network diagrams, and operational runbooks.
