Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Equivalent practical experience or professional certifications will also be considered.
2–4 years of experience in presales, security solutioning, or technical consulting in IT security environments.
Experience engaging with clients on cybersecurity requirements, risk assessments, and solution proposals.
Exposure to Telco-specific security concerns (e.g., signaling security, subscriber protection, network core security) is a plus.
Proven expertise in IT security domains such as:
Network Security (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS)
Application Security, including secure SDLC and API security
Endpoint Protection, SIEM, SOAR, and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Experience in designing solutions involving security architecture, threat detection, and incident response workflows.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and data protection laws like GDPR.
Experience working with security platforms and tools such as Splunk, QRadar, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, or similar.
Understanding of DevSecOps, vulnerability scanning, and cloud-native security practices (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Ability to evaluate technical risk and translate it into actionable mitigation strategies for presales proposals.
Strong communication and client engagement skills to articulate value, lead demos, and build trust during security evaluations.
(Preferred) Familiarity with Telco security architecture such as Diameter/SIGTRAN protection, lawful intercept, signaling firewalls, or subscriber identity spoofing mitigation.
