Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Anthropology, HCI, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in UX research or related role.
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
A passion for improving people's life through design and product solutions.
Proficiency in research tools such as Maze, Lookback or similar platforms. Strong collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies — including interviews, field research, usability tests, surveys, and competitive analyses — for current and future products.
Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and present them to cross-functional teams.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to align research objectives with product goals.
Continuously improve research methods, tools, and documentation, sharing best practices to build team capability.
Stay current with UX research trends, tools, and best practices.
