Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 7 years’ experience in business analysis or software requirements, including 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role.
Strong understanding of business processes, industry trends, and best practices; ability to drive strategy and innovation.
Proven record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analysis results.
Skilled in business analysis tools/methods; can apply them to complex scenarios.
Broad business acumen and strategic planning ability; able to align technology with business goals.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking; adept at tackling complex challenges.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; takes initiative in identifying business needs.Outstanding written & verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Provide strategic oversight of business analysis to align with company goals.
Lead creation and maintenance of documentation for clear communication and project tracking.
Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and functional specs.
Guide data analysis and ensure insights are clearly communicated.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships for better alignment and teamwork.
Prioritize complex requirements by assessing business impact and feasibility.
Serve as bridge between business and technical teams to facilitate collaboration.
Lead software evaluations, offer recommendations, and perform risk analysis to ensure successful delivery.
