Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company''s overall business objectives.This includes workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team is effective in its day-to-day operations and professional growth.
Oversee the entire recruitment process
Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and disputes.
Manage the performance review process
Oversee the company''s compensation and benefits programs
Ensure all HR practices and policies comply with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, especially BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirement

Experience 3 years
Degree Bachelor
Pay Less than US$1,300(US$:NT$≒1:30) 12000 ~ 36000
