MAINTENANCE SUPERITENDENT

Established as a coal trading company in 1988, Baramulti Group has since expanded into a diversified enterprise with business lines spanning Coal Mining, Coal Shipping & Logistics, Coal Trading, Hospitality & F&B, Creative Media, Animation Studio, and Installation Art Kinetic. One of our ventures, specializing in installation art kinetic, focuses on creating dynamic artworks that merge mechanical precision with artistic expression, pushing the boundaries of art, design, and engineering.

  • Execute daily maintenance activities (corrective and preventive) on heavy equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor maintenance cost performance based on part usage and labor, ensuring alignment with budget.
  • Supervise maintenance planning and resource allocation to support optimal execution.
  • Evaluate plant equipment KPIs, issue tracking (backlog, oil consumption, etc.), and performance reports.
  • Ensure safety of team members during all maintenance activities.
  • Develop and standardize procedures (SOPs) to align with company commitments.

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the same field.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
  • Candidates must hold a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
  • Willing to be placed in Palembang, South Sumatera.

Responsible for leading and supervising heavy equipment maintenance to ensure reliability and minimize downtime. Oversees cost control, planning, and team performance, while ensuring safety compliance and developing standardized procedures.
