About SEA Global MAP
The Sea Global Management Associate Program (Sea Global MAP) is Sea’s 2-year flagship program for aspiring graduates who seek to create a purposeful impact with technology and become future leaders of the industry.
The program consists of 4 rotations that are 6 months long each, for you to gain in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses.

Who we are looking for
Calling out to all prospective and recent graduates with:
A recognised Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution with strong academic credentials, and/or Master’s degree in any discipline.
0 to 2 years of full-time working experience (as of 31st October 2025).
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Selection Process
