This program is designed to prepare potential talents who are credible, proactive, and possess leadership qualities. Throughout the program, you will be exposed to experiences and challenges that will accelerate your learning in the field of Chemical Coating, particularly in understanding business processes from a strategic perspective. You will be equipped with both hard and soft skills training and mentored by experts in the field.
2025 graduates (or will be graduated October 2025)
Specifically open for Engineering majors, Industrial Engineering is more preferred.
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3,00
Good interpersonal skill, active, and have a strong leadership capability
Willing to work with high mobility and to be placed all over Indonesia
