1. Defines application problems by conferring with users, evaluating procedures and processes.
2. Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative user experience or workflow solutions.
3. Controls solution by establishing specifications, coordinating production with developers.
4. Validates results by testing programs.
5. Distribute tasks among development team and monitor the progress.
6. Lead scrum meetings with development team.
7. Provides references by writing documentation.
8. Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
1. Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering in computer science / information technology or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Software application development experience is a must.
4. Ability to work in a team is mandatory.
5. Adequate knowledge of ralational database systems, object oriented programming, web and mobile application development.
6. Strong knowledge of development tools, QA Tools, deployment tools and maintenance tools related for development.
7. Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
8. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
9. Experience in managing complex IT projects, applying different methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, etc.).
10. Competency in project management, analytical problem solving.
11. Able to prepare good presentation using PowerPoint.
