Requirements:
5 years+ BA experience
Experience working with HR team on HR system implementation and BAU
Knowledge on Fusion HCM Cloud functions and configurations
Work with business users, vendors and other IT teams to deliver CRs and enhancements (requirement, solution/process review, testing, deployment preparation)
Drive and co-ordinate complex problem resolution
Maintain functional specification, training material, process flow and other documentation as required
Support quarterly release and other new features adoption
Support other HCM project implementation task as required
English speaking is a must, Cantonese and/or Mandarin speaking is an big advantage
Job Responsibilities:
Support any Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM project implementation.
Oversee Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM issues and requests from users.
Gather business requirements for enhancements and customizations and develop corresponding technical requirement documents.
Enhance operational efficiency and maintain the stable and reliable functioning of the system.
Perform business case development, requirements gathering, workshop delivery, business process design, functional and technical design, vendor selection, systems build, test and deploy, stakeholder management, change management, and people/line management.
