Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of SAP implementation/operation experience, led at least 2 full projects;
2. Expertise in 1-2 SAP modules (e.g., PP, WM, HR) and integration solutions;
3. Proficient in ABAP development or interface technologies (IDoc/ALE/BAPI); Fiori/BW experience preferred;
4. Strong project management and client-facing skills; fluent English
Responsibilities:
1. Lead full-cycle SAP module implementation (design, configuration, testing, go-live);
2. Analyze user requirements, propose optimization solutions, and coordinate cross-departmental resources;
3. Resolve complex system issues, optimize processes, and suggest automation;
4. Prepare technical documents (e.g., blueprint, user manuals);
5. Mentor junior consultants and present to clients.
