SRM System Operation Consultant

1. Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.

2. Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in SRM/ERP system operations or implementation; familiarity with SAP SRM, Oracle SRM, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Proficient in SQL, with foundational knowledge of database management (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and server operations.

3. Skills:

  • Deep understanding of supply chain workflows and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows systems and scripting (Shell/Python).
  • Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills.

4. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Fluency in English for technical documentation reading.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily operations of SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) systems, including monitoring, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and user support.
  2. Collaborate with development teams and business units to analyze user requirements, and provide solutions for system configuration, upgrades, and integration.
  3. Administer system access, data security, and backup/recovery strategies to ensure high availability and compliance.
  4. Develop system manuals, technical documentation, and conduct end-user training.
  5. Track industry trends and drive system enhancements for SRM functionality and process improvements.
  6. Participate in cross-departmental projects to support supply chain digital transformation and system integration (e.g., ERP, CRM).
