The job profile is for design of offshore structures (fixed, floating, mobile offshore units) and ships, perform analyses, related engineering assessments, calculations for projects in the design office. Structural design scopes involve performing first-principle engineering calculations, carryout FE analysis using software for various stages of asset life including pre-service conditions, in-service conditions, fatigue, accidental conditions, life extension etc. Naval Architecture scopes include design using rule requirements and guidelines from all IACS classes, Hydrostatics, Hydrodynamic analysis, Subsea simulations etc.
