Human Capital Trainee is an extensive development program that will give you opportunities to be a great HC Professional. During the 11 months program, you will be exposed to different HC roles in different type of business with both of in-class training and on-the-job experience
1. Fresh Graduates or maximum 2 years working experience.
2. Minimum of Bachelor Degree from these major is preferable: Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Engineering, Law, Economic & Management, International Relation, Public Relation, Mathematics, Statistics
3. Passionate in people & Human Capital Management
4. Willing to be placed in all business of Astra Group in Indonesia
5. Proficient in English both written and oral
6. Have excellent analytical thinking and interpersonal skill
7. Dynamic and able to work in a team
