General Requirement

1. Willing to be placed in Cikarang - Bekasi
2. A minimum of bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
3. A scholar’s degree in any major
4. Analytically oriented.
5. Good leadership attributes.
6. Team oriented, self-driven, good communication skills.
7. Computer literate in Microsoft Office
8. Fluent in English written and oral
9. Experience in Automation process is a plus.

Key Accountability

1. Provide the most efficient work method for production processes and workstations.
2. Design and provide jigs, fixtures, workstation for assembly and pack out process.
3. Plant layout and micro capacity planning on workstations,
4. Calculate labor hours and material yield requirement for working flow chart.
5. Explore and implement automation on the shop floor.

Requirement

1. Min. bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical/ Mechatronic
2. Experience in Industrial engineering is a plus.
3. Technical Competence
   • Technical Drawing and AutoCAD drawing skills
   • Basic Automation Control knowledge / PLC (Programmable
   Logic Control)
   • Basic Pneumatic and sonic welding
   • Hands on tools / line tooling design
