Provide guidance, advice and assistance to Operational Site Subsidiaries and/or projects to compliant and improve environmental company standards and compliance to the applicable and relevant regulations.
Actively support to Sustainability and Environment Reports and all relevant monthly and annual reports pertaining to Environment Compliance within the Group.
Manage relationships with subsidiaries superintendents and supervisors, External Affairs (EA), relevant Governments with EA, with contractors and management team to ensure environmental compliance is achieved according to regulation and company standards.
ISO 14001 of Operational Sites and Company Environmental Management Systems.
Monitor and regularly review the environmental performance of subsidiaries uploaded and reported on the databases and programs/systems.
Establish Environmental Compliance at all subsidiaries sites and project by conducting planning, executing, reporting and evaluation with direct Manager coordination.
Bachelor’s Degree with relevant qualifications in Chemical Engineering or Environment Engineering. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 year’s professional experience related to Metal Mining, mineral processing and/or refinery industries in Environmental Department.
Minimum 2 year’s professional experience as Superintendent or 4 years as Supervisor in the mining operations in Environment Department.
