The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving the growth of the medical device portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with principals, marketing, and sales teams to achieve revenue targets and strengthen market presence.

The Product Executive is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive product growth, market penetration, and brand awareness. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to ensure product performance aligns with company objectives.
Bachelor degree at Pharmacy/Medicine/Biology, or Diploma at Laboratory Analysis.
Proficient in English (active).
Proficient in managing KOL
Able to develop effective marketing strategies.
Strong analytical, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Plan and execute marketing strategies to boost product brand image and sales.
Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
Oversee product placement, stock forecasting, and pricing strategies.
Provide product and strategic marketing training to the product specialist team.
Coordinate with other divisions and principles for product launches and issue resolution.
Organize promotions, monitor marketing tools, and prepare performance reports.

Coordinate new installations, including facility inspections and instrument validation/calibration.
Provide expert guidance on lab and experimental design, workflow best practices, data storage, and analysis.
Conduct on-site training for customers on qPCR, Next-Generation Sequencing, library preparation, and related products.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to biochemistry, assay design, software, and instruments, escalating issues as needed.
Communicate technical product updates to customers and sales teams to drive success and ensure satisfaction.
Partner with various teams to develop and execute strategic plans for acquiring new business and expanding current customer relationships through consulting, presentations, and workshops.
Contribute to customer relationship management, understanding customer goals, setting appropriate product and performance expectations, and gathering intelligence regarding competitive intel and new sales opportunities.
Communicate essential technical product updates to customers and sale counterparts to drive customer success.
Has master or bachelor degree of Science in Biology, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Chemical/Industrial Engineering or other related major.
Has min 2 (two) years experience in the biotech industry.
Prior field experience supporting customers in a highly technical field is helpful
Knowledge of genomics, sequencing applications, and methods that apply to company technology.
Capacity to interact with principal investigator-level scientists, and bioinformaticians and laboratory personnel.
Proficient with general lab best practices and common Molecular Biology techniques.
Ability to organize and align stakeholders to overcome issues success. Ability to influence without authority.
Good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office also laboratory systems.
Able to work with team.
Willing to travel across and outside Indonesia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
