cloud security provider. Since 1996, we have held the majority market share and continue
expanding globally. In 2019, we became a publicly listed company on the Tokyo Stock
Exchange. With English as our official language, we foster a diverse, inclusive workplace

Our name, “HENNGE,” is a blend of HENKA (変化), the Japanese word for change, and
the word CHALLENGE. Inspired by the Japanese words henge (変化), meaning supernatural
change, and henka (変化), meaning transformation, we embrace change as an opportunity for
growth. In an era of rapid technological shifts, we empower those who challenge the status quo,
