• Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services or related discipline in engineering; 

• Fresh graduate / Candidates with 1-year related working experience or less will also be considered; 

• Hands-on knowledge of PC applications such as MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit; 

• Good command of written and spoken English 

• Good at interpersonal and problem-solving skills; 

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills; 

• Good communication skills and presentation skills; 

• High level of adaptability and resilience; 

• Always carry an open mindset and willing to accept positive critique
