To be qualified for this role you should: 

1. Hold a Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Petroleum Engineering is preferred, or a related field. Fresh graduates to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. 
2. Have advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written (essential) 
3. Show strong organizational involvement, active participation in student, professional, or community organizations (proof required). 
4. Be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. 
5. Have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
6. Demonstrate a positive, resilient attitude, able to stay composed under pressure, with high ownership, persistence, and initiative. 
7. Adaptable, able to adjust quickly to different, fast-paced, and dynamic work environments. 
8. Be willing to work in a dynamic environment and available to join ASAP. 

Preferences (a plus) 

1. Familiar with contract, procurement, and tender processes in the oil, gas & geothermal (OGG) / energy industry. 
2. Up to date with current developments in geothermal and the energy transition (ESG, JETP, decarbonization). 
3. Comfortable with digital tools such as CRM / pipeline tracking, LinkedIn, and AI tools for research and drafting. 
4. High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality of commercial documents (NDA-ready). 

To be qualified for this role you should:

2. 0-3 years of experience as a Drilling Engineer or in a related role. 
3. Basic understanding of well planning and design concepts (e.g., trajectory, casing, wellhead, drilling fluids, cementing, and bit selection).
4. Familiarity with drilling operations (onshore/offshore) is an advantage. 
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
6. Excellent communication skills and have advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written (essential) 
7. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to various aspects of drilling projects.    
8. Interest in researching new drilling technologies, including AI and Machine Learning. 

Qualification
