Program Journey
Month 1: Onboarding
Month 2–18: Project Assignments (1–5), approximately 3 months per assignment

Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major, with a minimum GPA of 3.20
- Fresh graduates with internship experience or up to 3 years of professional work experience
- Strong English proficiency (TOEFL ≥550 / IELTS ≥6 is a plus)
- Proven leadership experience in organizations or communities
- Strong leadership potential, with proactiveness, resilience, and strong relationship-building skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with curiosity, innovation, and a growth mindset
- Open to cross-functional rotations and relocation across Indonesia
