This position is a management level, where you would be leading the Advisory department, comprising Data Analysts and Analytics. You will directly report to the Head of Product, Client Solutions Director, and CEO.
Work Responsibilities:
Set strategic direction for the Advisory department by identifying the overlap between available resources, company’s growth road map, and clients needs
Capture client needs and translate or map it into possible Advisory scopes or solutions roadmap, appropriate technology stack within Google Marketing Platform, or any other custom solutions within the capabilities of the team.
Set and enforce the standard of quality for Advisory department scopes and projects.
Continuously optimize internal processes and plan for long-term team growth
Set priorities and manage resources for ongoing Advisory department scopes and projects.
Provide leadership & mentorship for a team of data analysts and data scientists, to ensure that their value would be greater than the sum of their parts
Actively participate in the business development process, which includes, but is not limited to representing the company as the face of the Advisory department.

Experience
You have 5+ years of experience leading & mentoring a team in analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or similar fields
Experience in business development is preferred
Experience from a performance digital marketing agency is a plus
Domain Knowledge
You have a proven track record of efficient project management in analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or similar fields
You existing team and references will vouch for your capabilities in building and nurturing a team with a positive legacy
