Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
Must possess a valid AK3U certificate issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees and contractors.
Maintain accurate records of HSE activities and performance.
Collaborate with management and employees to promote a strong safety culture.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles (preferably in the logistics industry).
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate) and tax applications (e-SPT, e-Faktur).
Strong leadership qualities with excellent attention to detail.
Accounting: Ensure compliance with GAAP, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements.
Tax: Handle tax returns, perform tax reconciliation, ensure compliance, and manage correspondence with tax authorities.
