As a Revenue Associate, you are a highly analytical and strategic individual who handles monetization and project management operations. You will conduct in-depth analysis, provide actionable recommendations, and design solutions to tackle complex business challenges.
Job Description
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop growth strategies and build new products that meet players' needs
Support existing monetization strategies, both the existing revenue channels and working on new systems to maximize player revenue and value
Participate in In-game revenue event formulation - from ideation, planning, release and monitoring of in-game revenue campaigns
Analyze player and revenue event data results and compile insights for future optimization
Communicate strategic recommendations and product outcomes to product leaders and decision makers.
Cross-functional collaboration to ensure the In-game revenue event launched smoothly
Minimum a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields (fresh graduates or early-career professionals with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply)
Proven understanding of gaming monetization, including knowledge of micro-transactions and monetization strategies. Able to evaluate features, systems, and mechanics conceptually to identify potential revenue drivers while maintaining a sustainable and positive user experience.
Strong logical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable strategic insights.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project deliveries
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Deep passion for games with a solid understanding of the Indonesian gaming market, especially mobile shooter genres. Knowledge of other mobile and non-mobile genres is a plus.
2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Owner working directly on financial software solutions.
Deep, hands-on domain expertise in financial reconciliation processes (e.g., bank, payment, nostro/vostro, intercompany). Must be able to articulate complex reconciliation challenges and solutions.
Proven ability to create clear and detailed technical documentation, including FSDs and process diagrams.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and validation.
Experience analyzing and defining requirements for handling various financial data formats and transaction types.
Broad knowledge of other banking or financial operations beyond reconciliation (e.g., payment processing, cash management, trade finance, general ledger).
Experience working with diverse Financial Institutions such as payment gateways, e-money providers, insurance companies, or securities firms.
Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Knowledge of core banking systems or ERPs.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert on core financial operations, with an initial deep focus on reconciliation. Analyze, document, and design solutions for complex scenarios including multi-way reconciliation, payment lifecycles, settlement processes, and general ledger integration.
Map and analyze the interconnected systems within a modern banking ecosystem (e.g., Core Banking, Treasury, Payment Gateways, Card Processors). Use this understanding to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for new, standardized solutions.
Translate complex business requirements into detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, process flows (BPMN), and UI/UX wireframes. Design scalable solutions that can evolve from a reconciliation tool into a broader financial operations platform.
Research and analyze other financial processes that are ripe for automation and standardization (e.g., treasury management, settlements, corporate actions, payment investigations). Develop business cases and functional designs for new product modules.
Define requirements for data ingestion from diverse sources across the financial ecosystem. Create specifications for data mapping, understanding the flow of financial data and analyzing formats like ISO 20022, SWIFT, and proprietary files.
Work closely with clients from various sectors (banking, fintech, insurance, e-commerce) to understand their unique operational challenges and gather requirements for both current and future solutions.
Collaborate with developers throughout the development lifecycle to clarify requirements and with QA teams to define test scenarios that reflect complex, real-world financial operations.
