Execute end-to-end procurement process initiative for managed spend categories, alignment with the procurement procedure.
Preparing procurement documentation for each sourcing activity.
Maintain accurate records, including the vendors/suppliers information, including purchase orders, pricing records, delivery times and product ranges.
Negotiate for terms and arrangements favorable to business’ success while maintaining high-quality products, cost-effective deals and time-efficient services.
Collaborate with the line manager to prepare standard operating procedure according to the CPOIB, CPOHB, ISO 9001, and/or ISO 17025 standard/requirements.
Perform corrections to any problems that arise during the procurement process, complete problem resolution, carry out root cause analysis and further investigations, and take corrective and preventive actions to prevent problems from occurring again in the future.
Support technical team in related to customer complaints investigation caused by non-manufacturing faults, especially related to procurement processes, starting from finding and determining the root of the problem and determining corrective and preventive actions that must be taken so that similar problems do not occur again in the future.
Create weekly and monthly performance reports for technical operation activities.
Carry out the new vendor registration process and vendor evaluations periodically.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Science, or any related major.
At Least 1 year of working experience in a Procurement/Purchasing.
Understand The end to end procurement process.
Understanding of and experience in the import process is a plus.
Having experience in molecular biology techniques /industry is an added value.
Digitally savvy and fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Knowledge of or experience in using ERP systems such as Accurate, Jurnal.id, or similar platforms.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheet, Slides & Docs) or MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Perform verification of incoming and outgoing goods against documents (PR, PO, DO, Packing List) and coordinate physical checks, QC process, and delivery arrangements.
Execute daily warehouse and inventory data administration, including stock transfer records (SR/RR), invoice uploads, and ERP transaction entries (e.g., Accurate, KLB steps).
Participate in regular physical stock opname (Finished Goods, MWH, RND/Operational pipelines) and assist in stock discrepancy/adjustment administration across group entities.
Handle Purchase Requests (PR) for warehouse consumables, review service invoices, and manage general warehouse administrative documentation.
Collaborate with QC, Production Planning (PPIC), Finance, and Operations teams to maintain smooth material flow and accurate stock reporting.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Good understanding of basic inventory management principles, warehousing processes, and supply chain operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel / Google Sheets for data processing), with familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Accurate, WMS) being a plus.
High attention to detail, strong numerical skills, and good analytical ability for inventory administration and stock reconciliation.

Serve as the primary technical decision maker for day to day engineering, owning implementation approach and technical trade-off calls within the product direction set by the VP of Digital Product.
Contribute hands-on to frontend development at senior level, including complex feature architecture, reusable components, and design system implementation.
Provide backend review and contribution as capability develops, supported by the VP of Digital Product, the DevOps engineer, and the existing backend team.
Plan and schedule technical maintenance, including refactoring, dependency upgrades, and technical debt reduction, and defend that work during planning.
Participate in infrastructure planning, with gradual handover of infrastructure ownership over time.
Own test environment management in coordination with QA.
Assist with stress testing to identify performance bottlenecks.
Run sprint planning, refinement, and estimation from the engineering side, and surface delivery risk early and honestly.
Establish AI-assisted development practice across the team, including tooling conventions and review standards for AI-generated code, to improve both velocity and output quality.
Hold regular technical sync with the VP of Digital Product, Product Design, and QA.
Minimum 4 years of professional software engineering experience, including 2 years leading or mentoring engineers.
Senior level frontend proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, with demonstrated ownership of frontend architecture rather than assigned component work.
Sound engineering judgement and design system experience, meaning the ability to select the appropriate solution for the constraint and articulate the trade-off.
Sufficient backend understanding to review backend work meaningfully and lead backend engineers credibly, with minimum proficiency with Go.
Demonstrated mentoring track record with evidence of improving other engineers' independence.
Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to document decisions and disagree productively with senior stakeholders.
Experience with agile or Scrumban delivery, including estimation and refinement.
Practical experience using AI-assisted development tooling in production work, with a considered view of its limits.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English.
Familiarity in cloud infrastructure and CI/CD familiarity, AWS preferred.
