Requirement

Final-year student or fresh graduate (Psychology, HR, Management, HR, or related field)
Available for 6 months internship period
Interested in recruitment and employer branding
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to use MS Excel / Google Sheets for basic tracking
Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn fast learn

Job Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment process (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Maintain and update candidate data in recruitment systems or trackers
Support employer branding activities and recruitment events
Prepare simple recruitment reports and administrative support
