Manufacturing

• Supervise the production process to ensure finished products meet quality standards and client specifications
• Monitor raw material usage to minimize waste
• Oversee the use of machinery across all stations to maximize output and efficiency
• Ensure all materials and hours are logged in BAAN, and close orders once products are delivered to final stock

Liaison & Coordination

• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure maximum machinery availability
• Work with the store to ensure raw materials are available to meet the production schedule
• Liaise with technical staff on any issues affecting manufacturing or delivery
• Coordinate with QC to ensure products are tested, labelled, released and identify defects with corrective actions

Leadership & HSE

• Promote employee engagement, conduct performance appraisals, and set team objectives
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSE policies
• Participate in QHSE audits, incident reporting, and keep production stations clean and safe

Competencies

• Technical expertise in fiberglass manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills (English is a must)
• Computer literacy; Integrated Manufacturing Software (BAAN)
