· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
· 2+ years of experience in mechatronics, automation, robotics, or R&D (strong fresh graduates welcome).
· Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
· Hands-on experience with PLC programming, microcontrollers, or embedded systems.
· Solid understanding of sensors, actuators, pneumatics, and control systems.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
· Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, or similar tools is a plus.
· Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
· Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Design and develop mechatronic systems, automation equipment, and control solutions.
· Integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components for new products and processes.
· Perform feasibility studies, prototyping, and testing of new designs.
· Develop control algorithms, PLC/HMI programs, and sensor integrations.
· Research and implement new technologies (IoT, robotics, AI-based controls, advanced sensors, etc.).
· Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Projects, IT/Automation).
· Prepare design documents, test reports, and technical documentation.
· Ensure all designs comply with safety, quality, and international standards.
