· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
· 2+ years of experience in mechanical design, product development, or R&D (strong fresh graduates welcome).
· Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
· Understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, forming, welding, coating, etc.).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with FEA/CFD is a plus.
· Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
· Able to work independently and collaboratively.
· Design and develop new mechanical components, systems, and production tooling.
· Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and engineering analyses.
· Build, test, and validate prototypes.
· Improve existing products and processes for performance, cost, and reliability.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Procurement, Projects).
· Prepare technical reports and design documentation.
· Research new materials, manufacturing methods, and technologies.
· Support troubleshooting during production or testing.
· Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and safety regulations.
