· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related fields.
· Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar position.
· Strong knowledge of production processes, manufacturing systems, and quality standards.
· Familiar with API 5CT, API 5L, ISO 9001/14001/45001 is an advantage.
· Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Able to manage production teams and work under pressure.
· Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, and production reporting.
· Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
· Supervise daily production activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
· Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth workflow.
· Coordinate manpower, materials, machines, and production schedules efficiently.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations (5S/5R), and standard operating procedures (SOP).
· Monitor machine conditions and coordinate maintenance activities with the Engineering team.
· Conduct daily briefings, provide guidance, and supervise production operators.
· Monitor product quality and coordinate with the QC team to address quality issues.
