· Educational background in Engineering or related fields.
· 3–5 years’ experience as Production Supervisor/ Manager.
· Knowledge of API 5CT, API 5L, ISO 9001/14001/45001.
· Strong understanding of product materials, manufacturing techniques, and OCTG products.
· Proficient in SAP, reporting, and excellent communication in English & Bahasa.
· Ability to manage large teams, multitask, prioritize time, problem-solve, and maintain strong interpersonal skills.
· Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines, monitor production and resolve issues.
· Manage workforce, materials, machines, and production targets.
· Recommend improvements for production line efficiency and ensure output meets quality standards.
· Oversee repair and maintenance of production equipment.
· Implement SOP, 5S/5R, and company policies with superiors.
· Manage, approve, or reject subordinates’ leave and overtime.
· Analyze potential improvements to minimize unnecessary costs and activities.
· Coordinate with Engineering, MTC, and third-party vendors (Heat Treatment, Hydrotest, NDT, Bending).
· Evaluate personnel performance based on KPIs.
· Maintain QMS, EMS, and OH&S implementation.
