As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a high-caliber Sales Engineer to drive business development in process analyzers and advanced instrumentation solutions in Pulp & Paper.
• Engineering degree (Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical, Physics, or related)
• Preferable 2 Years experience as technical Sales or as Engineer.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical value into commercial impact
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Mobile and willing to travel across Indonesia
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience in Pulp & Paper industries will be highly valued.
• Deliver consultative, solution-based sales to industrial clients
• Lead technical discussions, site assessments, and solution proposals
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity development to closing
• Build long-term partnerships with key customers
• Collaborate internally to align technical and commercial strategies
