Join us as a Production Intern. In this role, you will support the Production team in developing production work documents, managing production data, and assisting in evaluating operator competencies to help improve production efficiency and operational performance.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
· Experience in textile, garment, footwear, carbon/composite, or other skill-based industries will be an advantage
· Available to work full-time at the factory
· Detail-oriented and highly attentive to accuracy
· Systematic and well-structured in working style
· Clear and effective communication skills
· Comfortable working with data using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
· Assist the Production team in developing production work documents
· Assist the Production team in managing production process data
· Assist the Production team in evaluating the competency of production operators.
