As a Production Manufacture Supervisor, you should be able to plan daily production schedules, able to monitor Manpower performance in accordance with company standards and able to monitor the quality and quantity as well as the accuracy of production output reports. · Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry;GPA Min. 3.00 (Fresh Graduated are Welcome)
· Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Excel)
· Ability to communicate fluently in English
· Strong leadership & communication skill
· Critical & analytical thinking
· Able to operate Production machine (OEE)
· Able to work in a team
· Aggressively driven for achievement
· Having an interest in sports, especially cycling
· Able to plan daily production schedules
· Able to carry out production tasks according to targets
· Able to monitor Manpower performance in accordance with company standards
· Able to monitor the quality and quantity as well as the accuracy of production output reports
