As a Mandarin Industrial Engineer, You will To support the development of production systems for a new manufacturing facility, in collaboration with Mandarin-speaking consultants and vendors.
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Materials, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, or related fields).
· Proficient in spoken Mandarin.
· Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
· Willingness to undergo further training in carbon composite industry and technical Mandarin.
· Prior experience working or interacting directly with Mandarin-speaking engineering teams.
· Experience in the bicycle, carbon, or other composite industries.
· Assist in understanding and evaluating technical discussions related to production machinery, manufacturing processes, materials, and related topics.
· Participate in the analysis and implementation of production systems designed in collaboration with consultants and vendors.
· Document engineering decisions and technical specifications throughout the factory development process.
· Support knowledge transfer from consultants and vendors to the internal team
