Skha Graduate Development Program (SGDP) returns for its second batch as a structured 12-month development program designed for proactive, responsible, and skilled individuals who aspire to build a career in management consulting. As an Associate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to grow and transform into full-time Consultant at Skha.

• Open to graduates (or already have university-issued certificate of completion) with a minimum GPA ≥ 3.30, preferably with prior internship experience
• Strong interest in management consulting
• Proactive, responsible, and skilled in research and slide-making
• Fully committed to a 12-month development program

Recruitment Process:

2. Math Test: A written test to assess your logical thinking and numerical skills
3. FGD Session: You’ll engage in a group discussion and will be assessed by panelists
4. Panel Interview: An interview where we’ll assess your core consulting competencies
